Thats right folks, the Celebrity Chickenhead Awards is coming to a bootleg cable box near you, with featured guests from all over the wonderful world of celebrities.  This years nominees proved they have what it takes to be top choice in poultry.  They are honored for their achievements and progression through life, exhibiting some of the most outrageous and illest stunts to prove their existance in society.  Let's give the nominees some applause, here is the list for 2004:
