Another Day in the Life of Da Champ

Whoa what a day, I am starting to think that my moms likes to drive my car more than I do. It's all good though because I love the respect I get when I drive it around the OG's. "Hey young boy, what you know about pushin a Buick?" I look with a small smile and say "Same thing you know about pushin a wheelchair old man". Yeah, that's whassup. Other than that though, I took some time to actually do a full body workout. To be honest I feel very good about where my health is right now. I can't lie though, I am missing my 40+ vertical.

For the record, I am not avoiding people like the plague man, I just have been on hiatus considering the work I do with these kids, shit can really get to you. But I deal, and I apoligize to all who seem like I'm being neglectful. I can only say, I have a job, no kids, and seem to enjoy not having to break my check with anybody. As far as I'm concerned, this is the American Dream as a black man.

Damn Junie lost to the French guy on Battlegrounds, I no longer have anything positive to say about any BBall show that crosses MTV. It just seems that they should stick to music. Don't sleep BET you need to stick to the shit too, with the exception of Comic View and the news, I shouldn't have to see anything else other than videos and Bobby Jones.

Speaking of Bball, the Olympic team was pretty nice today, on both sides of the court they showed me what's really good in our Country, making passes, playing like it was their last game all the time, they deserve to get more money, the team I'm speaking of is the womens team.

My ankle is better now, the swelling has gone down a good deal so I don't have to worry about loosening my kicks anytime soon. Just no more basketball for awhile, that's cool with me because I get to put more time into my weight room. I do need a training partner though, I want to get back into sparring, after all I am into submission, and I got to keep my shit quick.
