Straight Shootin

Hey sorry about the delay, my woman was up here this past weekend and although we were at the library, I had to stick to business on the computer, with only a half hour to blow, I had to handle shit. Anyway, let me finish up with the love below.....

The Immediates.... Kaycee, P-Nix, Jerseygirl, Jirzygirl (yes there is a difference), T-Baby( you shoulda made it to another list but I want this done now), Reef, Buttercup, KL*, Risha, anyone and everyone who ever showed me love on my post. You have been noticed and acknowledged thank you for giving me stuff to think about, laugh at, and debate with.

The Haters.... not even worth the name drop, but you all know who you are.

That's just about it. Now to the post at hand. I want to say that this weekend was all that even if I didn't get the chance to see the fireworks. My woman came up and visited, she brought Aunt Dot with her whom I didn't mind chillin cause I had extra room, just as long as she didn't mess things up, life was good. Well, we chilled on Thursday and with all that is going on we both had some things to talk about, we then decided to just chief out and relax seeing that we both weren't trying to do much and the jump off night was on Friday. SO I'm going there.....

Friday was busy, you would have to blame me for not going into any details except the big things, simply because my short term memory is going and I have but so much time to think and type, but in a nutshell we got our taste of Vegas in Foxwoods. It was her first time going, and we both went with my moms so we got there in good spirits. My mom being the slot genius and myself being the table hustler we all ended up meeting up at this game called card sharks (If you have the game show network, just know it's just like the game show) I ended up the only one up but still with free drinks, and broke ass players trying to make loot off my riches, we had a good time nonetheless. I can't wait til we hit Vegas, I know that it's going to be off the hook for real, especially since we both want to go more than anything, it's only a matter of time.

Aunt Dot tried to ruin things by talking shit to my woman, had to shut that down real quick. I understand that she can be a real hater sometimes and tries to put a damper on things, but positivity always outshines the negative, so life goes on. I told her that her Aunt tends to put her in a state of self conciousness, which is fine, just as long as she knows that no matter what, she's loved, and that's just the bottom line dig it?

Saturday we hit up Six Flags for awhile, this is the first time in like 4 years I have visited that place and I did NOT hit a jumper to win a prize for my woman. Her words were too comforting, and we ended up going on a couple of roller coasters to get the blood pumping. We had fun, we were too done, and I still had to work that night. Yeah yall the grind don't stop. We picked up the Chappelle Show season 2 and watched it, laughed and I fell asleep to only wake up with an attitude that came out of nowhere. (Sorry baby). One thing that I know is that she makes my night by being there when I get home, trust, ain't no morning better than one you can come home to and see your better half sleeping OH so peacefully......

Sunday, we hit up the mart (or was that Saturday?) Anyway, we got some stuff only to lose it later. That's a story for that ass, but I don't have the time to go on with it. I am going to stop now. But relax, there is only two more days to talk about....
