My shoulder is taking a beating.....either that or SOMEONE IS DOING THE HAMMER DANCE ON MY NERVES. This shit hurts and now I got some icyhot to soothe the feeling. Before I left work I had the pleasure of seeing Bill O'Reilly gettin' it from David Letterman....seriously. That made me feel good all the way home, even if I was low on gas.
On another note, I got paid today (hump day pay day gotta love that shit) I didn't look at my check seeing that there was some kind of question marks when it came to our holiday pay. So I'm going to look after I smoke, call it the calm before the storm type of deal. I made a promise to myself that either I'm going to have a five figure bank account by December or a Timberland box (I wear 13's know what I mean) full of 20's and 50's . That's my personal Christmas gift to me.
Back on the grind tomorrow....

it sounds like you need to see a specialist like a chiropractor who can re-align you and take the pressure off of your nerves.
DO NOT go to your primary, all they will do is give you some motrin or some naproxen and they have not fixed the problem. DO NOT go to mimi down the block for a massage, either.
